By accessing the SenTur platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
SenTur is a platform connecting buyers, suppliers and cargo services operating between Turkey and Senegal. SenTur facilitates business contacts but is not party to transactions between users.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Suppliers and cargo services are subject to verification and approval by our team.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the platform. SenTur reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content.
5. Pricing and Payments
Paid plans, boosts and contact credits are governed by the current rates displayed on the Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
SenTur is not responsible for transactions, disputes or financial losses resulting from contacts made through the platform.
7. Termination
SenTur may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior or prolonged inactivity.
8. Modifications
SenTur reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
